Can I order a generic sample to see the scarf material firsthand?

Yes, we offer <a href="https://www.knottytie.com/products/sample-custom-scarf" title="https://www.knottytie.com/products/sample-custom-scarf">sample custom scarves</a> in all versions and sizes. You can also order a sample in your designs or swatch of your prints once your designs have been created.

Can you match Pantone colors?

Absolutely! Just provide your Pantone values when you start your design. Brand guides are also hugely helpful for our designers in understanding how to work with your colors. If you have color specificity but aren't using Pantones, we also offer a <a href="https://www.knottytie.com/products/colormatch-chart" title="https://www.knottytie.com/products/colormatch-chart">ColorMatch Chart printed with over 500 colors</a> to ensure what you see on screen is exactly what you need for your scarves.

What is your return or exchange policy?

We always stand by our commitment to excellent product quality, however, because custom scarves are made to order in the exact design and sizing you select, we cannot honor returns or exchanges for any reasons other than manufacturing defects. Yes, we can ship custom scarves internationally with UPS Expedited service.

We offer standard turnarounds based on order size. You can expect delivery to take an additional 3-7 days after shipment, but delays may occur and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for any international orders.

Yes, we offer sample custom scarves in all versions and sizes. You can also order a sample in your designs or swatch of your prints once your designs have been created.

We sublimate prints onto one side of the fabric. Since infinity and hair scarves are sewn together completely, only printed fabric is visible. Chiffon scarves, due to their sheerness, pass some of the print to the backside resulting in a less vibrant back then front. White and light color backgrounds can minimize the difference between front and back of print.

We do offer bulk discounts for custom scarves on orders of 5 or more. You can combine designs of a singular product to reach additional discounts, but cannot combine different products. For example, 10 chiffon scarves of design A and 15 of design B would qualify for 25 unit pricing. Infinity scarves, chiffon scarves and hair scarves are different products and do not combine for discounting. More details on custom scarf pricing available here.
