What fabric do you use to make custom ties?

We print all our neckties on a high quality twill fabric milled from recycled plastics, specifically made for our products. Our recycled twill fabric has the soft sheen and feel of a semi-matte silk. Can you print designs in exact colors?

You can provide Pantone values for our design and printing team to match to and we also offer a <a href="https://www.knottytie.com/products/colormatch-chart" title="https://www.knottytie.com/products/colormatch-chart">ColorMatch Chart printed with over 500 colors</a> to ensure the color you choose is exactly what you want. For large and first-time orders, we highly recommend verifying your colors with a custom sample of your designs or by confirming printed swatches.

We always stand by our commitment to excellent product quality. However, because custom ties are made to order in the exact design, colors, length and width you select, we cannot honor returns or exchanges for any reasons other than manufacturing defects. We offer standard turnarounds based on order size. You can expect delivery to take an additional 3-7 days after shipment, but delays may occur and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for any international orders.
