Ethical, Sustainable and Impactful Manufacturing

We build every product in Denver, CO for a few very important reasons:

• As entrepreneurs, creators and makers we relished in the idea of designing and building what we sell and couldn't even comprehend outsourcing production for the sake of making more money
• In order to make complete product customization with no minimums possible, we knew that we would have to build our own printing, sewing and production capabilities
• To create jobs for refugees for an abundance of skilled refugees in the sewing and manufacturing field so they could earn a living wage, develop skills and achieve economic self-sufficiency
• As a demonstration of a model that refugees possess the skills needed to be the source of a company's competitive advantage and are beneficial members of our communities
• By producing our way we could choose more sustainable materials and practice production ethically

We occasionally get requests to create our products in different sizing or material than is available which we unfortunately cannot offer. We don't accommodate one-off requests for many reasons as pricing, production process and quality standards are all indeterminate and we never want to send products out the door untested in our machinery, or without our staff clearly understanding the production standard. While we understand you may have unique needs, we do already offer an extensive array of sizing for adults and kids across our entire product portfolio, where appropriate.

All products are made using fabrics without animal sourced fibers, with the exception of neckties which use a polyester wool blend interlining. Animal product necktie interlining is scheduled to be phased out completely in the spring of 2025, at which point we will be fully vegan.

We have not found a perfect way to offer embroidery in the traditional sense with stitched letters or designs on products because of the nature of our products, fabrics and their production methods. Instead we offer printed monogram and can print custom imagery in specific locations of products. While this method doesn't have the same embossed depth, it is still able to accomplish a very sufficient monogram alternative.

Depending on the specific product, we can print custom tags directly to the product or can attach a custom woven tag. This service can complicate and delay production so please plan for the additional time required. The majority of orders are individually packaged with our recycled craft paper packaging, however we frequently arrange with clients so that large orders have minimal packaging to reduce shipping weight and costs to them. We are currently working on implementing minimal packaging as an option on all orders. We do not offer custom printed packaging and would encourage you to kit our products for gifting in your own packaging if you'd like to personalize further.

Because of our in-house manufacturing in the US, we can produce orders to meet most any deadlines, however, the fulfillment of orders depends on several factors including the products ordered, location of the recipient and shipping methods chosen at checkout. Shipping rates do vary depending upon total order weight, the specific shipping option selected and whether an expedite is needed, which you'll be able to view the specific price options for your order at checkout.
